Access continued without interruption
The English Conversation Club was delivered in 15 groups across three terms and reached 180 participants.
A total of 125 people joined yoga training, 400 joined sign language training, 290 attended European Solidarity Corps information sessions and 100 participated in project management training.
More than 500 participations were recorded across ten webinars on volunteering, youth work, diplomacy, design thinking, learning, yoga and neuroscience.
Participation from cities across Türkiye
Throughout the year, 50 active volunteers organised training sessions and seminars and supported schools in need through aid campaigns.
A total of 385 volunteer applications were received from 48 cities through the online form. By the end of the year, applications from outside Istanbul accounted for 48 percent of the total.
Two young people gained volunteering experience in Romania and Poland through the European Solidarity Corps.
From in-person rehearsals to a virtual choir
A total of 248 people took part in auditions held in six cities, and rehearsals began in five cities.
When in-person activities were suspended because of the pandemic, the project moved online and a virtual choir performance featuring 64 participants from seven cities was published.
The digital scholarship network expanded
The platform’s total student membership exceeded 120,000.
Students from 205 universities and 410 different departments across Türkiye were represented on the platform.
Social media campaigns focused on books and technology helped young people access distance education and cultural resources.
