Abud Efendi Mansion and the performance centre
The restoration of Abud Efendi Mansion was completed. The performance centre, foyer and backstage areas were made ready for use.
The Foundation’s office moved from Kızıltoprak to Sultanahmet, and operations began to continue within the historic building.
Student support expanded
The monthly amount of the Half Apple Scholarship was increased from TRY 500 to TRY 1,250. Fifty-three students received direct support, while eight students received full support through the combination of two half scholarships.
Approximately TRY 8 million in scholarships was distributed through bursverenler.org.
Following the earthquake, a fund was established for students in the affected region through the platform’s stakeholders, and the Foundation provided ten students with scholarships for twelve months.
Scholarship applications exceeded 106,000, while student membership on the platform surpassed 354,000.
Learning, creativity and development
Activities were carried out in theatre, dance and project writing.
Online seminars were organised on project cycle management, democracy and rights, and career choices.
Support was provided to a microbiology student participating in a space research programme.
