In this session, “Current cyber security and fraud risks in the digital world and preventive measures” will be discussed. Participants will gain expert perspectives on the threats youth may encounter in digital environments, protection methods, and safe usage practices.

A member of the Sabancı University Advisory Board and an Executive MBA honors graduate, Çağatay Işıkçı completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Hacettepe University. Following his roles at Şekerbank, Akbank, and Denizbank, he served as a founding CISO/Director at HayatFinans (Hayat Holding), Turkey’s first digital bank. During his tenure, he played an active role in the BRSA (BDDK) approval process by leading the fields of IT Compliance, Information Security, Cyber Security, IT Risk Management, Fraud Management, and Business Continuity.
With 22 years of industry experience, Işıkçı is an expert in regulatory compliance and auditing, data privacy (KVKK/GDPR), information and cyber security, fraud prevention, IT GRC, and IT operations management. He holds the following international certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP, ISO 27001 LA, MCT.
