🎤 Speaker

Çağatay Işıkçı
Advisory Board Member at Sabancı University and Executive MBA graduate with honors, Çağatay Işıkçı holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Hacettepe University.

After serving in leadership roles at Şekerbank, Akbank and Denizbank, he joined the founding team of Turkey’s first digital bank, HayatFinans (Hayat Holding), as CISO/Director. He led IT Compliance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, Fraud Management and Business Continuity, playing an active role in the regulatory approval process with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).

With 22 years of industry experience, Işıkçı specializes in regulatory compliance and audit, data privacy (KVKK/GDPR), information and cybersecurity, fraud prevention, IT GRC and IT operations management.
