In our first session, titled “Ways to Learn a Foreign Language”, we will meet with Dr. Mehmet Tunaz, an experienced scholar who has been working for many years in the fields of foreign language education and educational sciences at both national and local levels.

In this session, we will take a holistic look at the foreign language learning process and discuss effective methods, learning strategies, and approaches that help sustain motivation over time.

🎤 Speaker

Dr. Mehmet Tunaz is an experienced specialist in foreign language education and teacher training, and a faculty member at the School of Foreign Languages at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University.

His academic work focuses on English language teaching, language acquisition, classroom teaching methods, and teacher development. He has published articles, book chapters, and editorial work in national and international journals.

He actively contributes to curriculum development and instructional material design processes, and teaches undergraduate courses such as Teaching Language Skills, Program Evaluation, and Teaching Practice.

With his interdisciplinary approach and work on pedagogical innovation, Tunaz continues to make scholarly contributions to the field of foreign language education.
