Yücel Cultural Foundation | September 2026 Newsletter

For young people eager to explore an art form, express themselves and create alongside others, applications are now open for the fifth term of our Young Art Program. Join us for free theatre, music, dance and drawing workshops at Yücel Arts Center in Sultanahmet, Istanbul.

Young people aged 16–29 may apply to more than one workshop if their schedules allow. The creative work developed together during the term will be shared in a final show, performance or exhibition.

Applications are now open for the November 2026 – July 2027 term of our Youth and Volunteering Programme. We welcome young people who want to meet others, contribute to projects, take on responsibility and turn their ideas into action.

If you live in Istanbul, you can join our local volunteering activities. Young people elsewhere in Türkiye can get involved through online volunteering. No previous volunteering experience is required.

We have announced the first Foreign Language Scholarship results for the 2026–2027 academic year! In the October 2026 selection round, 30 primary and 3 reserve scholarship recipients were selected. A new chapter is beginning for young people pursuing their language-learning goals with our support.

Applicants can review the announcement and follow their application status through their bursverenler.org accounts. Primary recipients will proceed with steps such as document verification and choosing a language school. Full details are available on our results page.
