👤 About the Instructor

Kemal Albayrak is an experienced trainer and consultant who has been working for more than 20 years in the fields of management and leadership, customer experience, and corporate learning. He began his career during his university years, worked at Turkcell and Global Bilgi, and later served as a training consultant and training-development coordinator at PDR Group.

Having played an active role in the training and development processes of more than 500 companies, Albayrak has contributed to many projects as a coach, trainer, and facilitator. Today, he provides training and consultancy services under Perforsmart, the organization he founded. He is also a trainer and executive coach certified by international institutions.
