In this special session, we will explore the neurobiological foundations of love, how the brain processes emotions and the biological mechanisms that shape our behaviors in relationships.

Born in 1953, Cüneyt Başbuğu is a retired neurologist who continues his academic work as a lecturer at a university. Due to his professional responsibilities, he spends part of his week in Istanbul and part of it in Bodrum.
Known for his passion for nature and exploration, he has traveled extensively across Europe as well as Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Peru, Argentina, China, Nepal, India, the Trans-Siberian route and Mongolia—broadening his perspective through diverse cultural experiences.
These journeys are an important element of both his life energy and his wide-ranging worldview.
