As part of the Youth Space Program, you are invited to a three-session learning and experience journey focusing on coping with uncertainty, emotional resilience and managing your attention in the digital world.

Full participation in all three sessions is required.
Participants who complete the series will receive a certificate of achievement.

🌱 What Is the Youth Space Program?

The Youth Space Program is a comprehensive learning and experience framework designed to strengthen young people’s personal development, capacity-building and social participation skills.

The program aims to help young people discover their potential, boost their resilience and take stronger steps in a rapidly changing world.

In this context, we are offering a three-session series in December titled Resilience Workshops for Young People. You will explore practical tools relevant to daily life on topics such as mental clarity, emotional resilience and focus management in the digital age.

1) Clarity in Uncertainty: Finding Direction and Discovering Yourself

A motivational and direction-setting session focusing on recognising your strengths, setting goals and managing uncertainty.

Session outcomes:

  • Recognising your strengths and discovering your personal potential.
  • Improving decision-making skills in uncertain periods.
  • Learning practical methods for setting achievable goals.
  • Exploring tools that help clarify your life direction.

2) Emotional Resilience and Eustress: Turning Challenges into Strength

A hands-on session that supports healthy and conscious stress management and focuses on transforming challenges into opportunities for personal growth.

Session outcomes:

  • Understanding the concept of eustress and learning positive stress management.
  • Developing techniques that enhance resilience when facing difficulties.
  • Strengthening emotional regulation skills.
  • Exploring practical methods for transforming stress into performance.

3) Focus and Attention Management in the Digital World

A practical session offering solution-oriented approaches to distraction, procrastination and screen dependency, with tips that can be integrated easily into daily life.

Session outcomes:

  • Recognising and understanding digital distractions.
  • Learning techniques to manage procrastination.
  • Developing micro-habits that increase daily focus.
  • Exploring tools related to digital minimalism and screen-time management.

🎓 Guest Trainer: Kemal Albayrak

Kemal Albayrak is a highly experienced trainer and consultant who has led training and development projects with more than 15,000 participants across over 500 corporate organisations in the last 15 years.

He has worked in customer experience at Turkcell and Global Bilgi, and served as a manager and training coordinator for 10 years at PDR Group. Through Perfosmart, the company he founded, he continues to offer training and development solutions to institutions.

Albayrak is a Mannaz (Denmark) certified Feedback and Management Coach and the sole certified trainer in Türkiye for the Netherlands-based BSI Academy.
