The Youth Empowerment Program of the Yücel Cultural Foundation is organized to support the individual and social development of young people and to enable them to empower their peers. This program aims to enhance the self-confidence of both young people and their peers, develop their leadership skills, and instill a sense of social responsibility. While enabling young people to collaboratively solve the challenges they face, it encourages them to become active individuals who are respectful of diverse beliefs and perspectives. The program provides young people with the necessary knowledge, skills, and support mechanisms to discover their potential, set career goals, and develop projects that can make a difference in society.

Target Audience: Young participants aged 16 to 30

📍 Guest Trainer and Expert Contribution:
If you wish to contribute as a guest trainer, expert, or volunteer, we will contact you via email or phone. Ten contributors will be selected following the applications and notified accordingly. Guest trainers are expected to have at least one year of experience in the topics specified during their application. Thank you in advance for your support and contributions.
