YCF Volunteer Strategy:
Although volunteering is an action carried out by individuals' own will, at YCF, volunteering is based on the understanding that volunteers must necessarily gain something. In this context, our volunteering strategy focuses primarily on volunteers deriving high benefits from their work and fulfilling their responsibilities to the foundation.
Selection of YCF Volunteer Individuals:
A 3-stage method will be followed for selecting volunteer individuals: 1. Evaluation of the application form in the first stage, 2. Completion of the experiential process defined as the "Take Action Process" in the second stage, and those completing the second stage will be able to participate in the Yücel Cultural Foundation Volunteer Program with the continuation of basic training and orientations in the third stage.
Duration of YCF Volunteering:
It will take place between July and January, totaling 6 months.
