📣 Workplace Mobbing: Recognizing It and Protecting Yourself
“This is not normal. You are not alone.”
We are coming together in this special awareness and empowerment workshop designed for working women.
As part of the “Together for Equality: Strengthening Women’s Experience in the Workplace” project, carried out under Yücel Cultural Foundation Genç Alan Program’s “Take Action” initiative, we will talk about experiences that are frequently encountered in working life but often made invisible.
In this session, we will make sense of workplace mobbing, psychological pressure, devaluation, and invisibility, and explore how we can become stronger in the face of these experiences.
ℹ️ Participation is free. Capacity is limited.
