Art is a discipline which develops communicative skills and raises personal motivation.

By the art of photography, we aim that children develop a deeper look in the events taking place in their surroundings, develop their talent in establishing positive relationships with the people around them and develop their power of conviction through learning the influence of art on people. We start our exciting path in the art of photography which can get its message across the linguistic barriers in having a unifying power at the international sphere for  children leaving in different countries.

We intend to provide to the children between the ages of 8-23 appropriate circumstances, a new way of expressing their thoughts and emotions through art. It is because they are in a special transitory period in which their perception of the world as a concrete place is getting transformed by their rising power of abstraction. The period between when the photograph is taken and treated is very important for children to form and develop their internal disciplinary capacities. 'Klik!' is, then, a project which can help children to develop a relation with the photograph by capturing the historical process that it is situated and that by making them return to the past moment.

The art of photography is a discipline which puts the most emphasis on the difference between seeing and looking. Pictures tell about time. They transmit the direct message of people, different from their indirect speeches full of implicit meanings. It makes objects speak. A seeing eye captures what has not been said or even said, yet not understood.

THE ART OF PHOTOGRAPHY IS ABOUT VALUING, PERCEPTUAL SELECTION, PROJECTION OF LIFE, SEEING AND NOT ONLY LOOKING, RETRANSFORMING TIME, SHARING and HOPING.
