Do you have an idea but are not sure how to turn it into a project? Would you like to bring your ideas to life by applying to grant programs and strengthen your project development skills?

You are invited to our 3-step Project Writing Training, which will take place online on July 11, 18, and 25.

In this training, we will cover the key steps of project development in a practical way, from developing a project idea and writing an application form to activity planning and budget preparation.

📚 Training Sessions

  • Session 1 | From Need to Project: Idea Development and Project Logic
    July 11, 2026
    This session will cover project cycle management, needs and problem analysis, target group identification, and project idea development.
  • Session 2 | Project Design, Activity Planning, and Logical Framework
    July 18, 2026
    Participants will transform their project ideas into applicable projects and explore activity planning, time management, risk analysis, and monitoring-evaluation tools in a practical way.
  • Session 3 | Application Form, Budget Preparation, and AI-Supported Project Writing
    July 25, 2026
    The final session will focus on budget preparation, application form writing, dissemination, and sustainability. The use of AI tools in project development processes will also be demonstrated.
