On Saturday, December 14, we successfully held the first session of our "Volunteering Workshop for Solving Social Issues," launched by our foundation as part of International Volunteer Day, at the IPA Habitat Şişli Life Center, with great interest from participants! 🌍💪

We will continue in Ankara and İzmir very soon. For details, please check our website and social media channels.

During the workshop:
✅ We learned about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and discussed how these goals can be connected to volunteering, focusing on topics such as "Quality Education" (SDG 4), "Reduced Inequalities" (SDG 10), and "Climate Action" (SDG 13).
✅ Participants analyzed social issues and developed solution-oriented mini projects.
✅ We conducted interactive activities highlighting the importance of sustainability and collaboration in effective volunteering.
✅ We discussed how volunteering can create more impactful and long-term results through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

🎯 Our Achievements:
🌟 Participants grasped the importance of understanding the SDGs for addressing social issues.
🌟 They gained awareness of how volunteering projects can align with global goals.
🌟 They developed solution-focused thinking skills and took the first steps toward future volunteer projects.
🌟 They strengthened empathy and collaboration skills to address the issues of different segments of society.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the IPA Habitat Şişli Life Center for hosting this meaningful event and providing their venue support. 🤝💚
