We invite you to an exciting online event for young artists to share their experiences and present their creative ideas! Organized by the Yücel Cultural Foundation to emphasize the value we place on art and young artists, this event series offers enthusiasts a free opportunity to explore various art forms on a digital platform. During this gathering, we will hear directly from young artists across different fields, including music, theater, and dance, as they share their journeys of growth.
Continuing based on feedback and requests from previous sessions, we are excited to resume our Young Artists Gathering. In this new term, our second guest will be Ayberk Oğul Konca, a young choral conductor recognized for his achievements in the fields of music and fine arts.

Who Is Ayberk Oğul Konca?
Ayberk Oğul Konca was born in Bursa in 2000. He began his music education at Zeki Müren Fine Arts High School and was later accepted with high honors to the Music Theory Department at Ankara University of Music and Fine Arts. In 2020, he was awarded a full scholarship to study Composition and Conducting at Bahçeşehir University Conservatory. After serving as an instructor and choir member in the MAGMA & Boğaziçi Jazz Choir Family, he took on the role of conductor for the MAGMA Youth Choir in 2021 and later became co-conductor of the MAGMA Performance Choir. For the 2023-2024 season, he was appointed as the primary conductor of both the MAGMA Performance and MAGMA Chamber Choirs, leading them to win several awards, including the Jury Special Prize and Excellence in A Cappella Performance.
Having worked with notable names such as Cem’i Can Deliorman, Oğuzhan Balcı, Ragnar Rasmussen, Lorenzo Donati, Jan Schumacher, Bob Chilcott, and Ko Matsushita, Konca has performed as both a chorister and cellist in various concerts domestically and abroad. In 2022, he released a song titled "Belki Geçer Zaman" with the alternative Turkish music band Yalnayak. In 2023, he composed the original soundtrack for the short film "Perfect," directed by Ece Dizdar, which won the Jury Special Prize at the 2024 Golden Orange Film Festival.
