Volunteering Strategy
Although volunteering is based on the free will of individuals, the volunteering model at Yücel Cultural Foundation is based on the principle that every volunteer should benefit from their experience. Our strategy focuses on ensuring that volunteers gain meaningful outcomes from their contributions while fulfilling their responsibilities toward the foundation.
Volunteer selection is a two-phase process: First, the application form is evaluated. Then, selected candidates enter the "Act" phase—an experiential journey that includes full participation in four key training and orientation sessions. Those who complete both phases will become official volunteers of the foundation.
🧩 We’re waiting for you to join us in creating, learning, and growing together.
You make the difference!
