Under the guidance of consultant Nurdan Biriz Gündüz, participants will relax their bodies while also achieving spiritual balance. Nurdan Biriz Gündüz will share the power and benefits of laughter yoga with the participants. With her expertise, she will guide you to experience a relaxing session. Laughter yoga combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, and laughter sessions to provide both mental and physical relaxation. This event is a wonderful way to reduce the effects of stress, boost your happiness, and fill yourself with positive energy.

Who is Nurdan Biriz Gündüz?
With over 28 years of experience in teaching, psychological counseling, and administration, Nurdan Biriz Gündüz is an expert in education and personal development. After completing her education at Hacettepe University, she pursued a master’s degree in Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PCG) and is currently working towards a doctorate in Child and Adolescent Psychology.
Her extensive experience spans public schools under the Ministry of National Education (MEB) as well as international schools that implement French and American educational systems. This background has enabled her to develop versatile and flexible educational approaches. By integrating diverse perspectives, she has created robust programs that support students, individuals, and families in building healthy communication, gaining awareness, and navigating school life more effectively.
Nurdan Biriz has also dedicated many years to volunteering with NGOs, delivering training sessions on various topics. Additionally, she actively engages in fields that promote well-being, such as Laughter Yoga Leadership, trauma-related breathwork, and compassionate communication. Her guidance in education and personal development focuses on delivering transformative solutions that make a significant impact on individuals’ lives.
