The Youth Empowerment Program is a program focused on supporting the social, emotional, and professional development of young people through education and empowerment. This program aims to help young people develop leadership, social responsibility, and entrepreneurship skills. Program Details

Note: This program will be conducted online, and participants who complete the program will become a part of our organization as volunteer candidate instructors.

Program Objectives:

  1. Youth Empowerment:

    • Self-Confidence: Helping young people discover their potential by increasing their self-confidence.
    • Decision-Making Skills: Enabling young people to develop decision-making skills for their own lives.
  2. Development of Instructor Skills:

    • Teaching Methods: Providing participants with knowledge about effective teaching methods and techniques.
    • Communication Skills: Helping young people develop effective communication and empathy skills.
  3. Raising Social Awareness:

    • Social Responsibility: Increasing young people's sensitivity to social issues and encouraging them to take action for social change.
    • Engagement: Ensuring that young people engage with their communities.
  4. Networking:

    • Social Connections: Promoting collaboration and solidarity among participants to build strong social networks.
    • Mentorship Opportunities: Offering opportunities to connect with experienced individuals to enhance knowledge and experience sharing.

Week 1: Fundamentals of Instructing and Youth Dynamics

Session 1: The Role and Responsibilities of an Instructor (3 hours)

Session 2: Youth Dynamics (3 hours)

Week 2: Teaching Methods and Interaction Techniques

Session 3: Effective Teaching Methods

Session 4: Communication and Interaction Skills

Week 3: Practical Projects and Leadership Skills

Session 5: Practical Project Development

Session 6: Leadership Skills and Team Management (3 hours)

Week 4: Implementation and Evaluation

Session 7: Training Practices

Session 8: Program Evaluation and Certificate Ceremony
