The Youth Empowerment Program is a program focused on supporting the social, emotional, and professional development of young people through education and empowerment. This program aims to help young people develop leadership, social responsibility, and entrepreneurship skills. Program Details
- Total Duration: 15 Hours (4 weeks, 8 sessions in total)
- Target Audience: Young people aged 16-29
- Program Date: November 2 - 30 / Every Saturday / 19:30-21:30

Note: This program will be conducted online, and participants who complete the program will become a part of our organization as volunteer candidate instructors.

Week 1: Fundamentals of Instructing and Youth Dynamics
Session 1: The Role and Responsibilities of an Instructor (3 hours)
- Definition and importance of instructing
- Roles of an instructor: Guide, mentor, leader
- Effective communication with youth
- Active listening skills and empathy
Session 2: Youth Dynamics (3 hours)
- Social and psychological characteristics of youth
- Needs and expectations of young people
- Gender, diversity, and inclusion
- Youth issues and proposed solutions
Week 2: Teaching Methods and Interaction Techniques
Session 3: Effective Teaching Methods
- Different learning styles and teaching methods
- Active learning techniques: Group work, role-playing, discussions
- Preparation and use of teaching materials
- Participant-centered learning approaches
Session 4: Communication and Interaction Skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Feedback giving and receiving techniques
- Conflict management and problem-solving
- Motivational strategies for participants
Week 3: Practical Projects and Leadership Skills
Session 5: Practical Project Development

Note: The program may change based on the needs and time management of the participants.
Application Process:
- Application Form: Applicants may be asked to fill out an application form for the instructor training program. This form may include questions about personal information, education, previous experience, and motivation.
- Interview: A short interview may be conducted to determine suitable candidates. (If needed)
- Selection Criteria: Applicants will be evaluated and selected based on their application forms and interview results.
Eligible Applicants for the Four-Week Instructor Training Program
- Young people aged 16-29
- Individuals who have participated in or are interested in social responsibility projects
- Individuals who wish to work in the field of youth work
Expected Outcomes:
- Participants will develop their training and leadership skills and become active individuals in their communities.
- Young people will develop sensitivity to social issues and gain the ability to generate solutions for these issues.
- Participants will build strong social networks and develop cooperation and collaboration skills.
