🌿 Make Space for Yourself
Sometimes we struggle to express ourselves, and sometimes we are not even sure exactly what we are feeling. Stress can leave us exhausted, and after difficult experiences, we may not always know how to regain our balance and move forward.

Make Space for Yourself is a four-week training series for young people who want to understand themselves better, make sense of their emotions, strengthen their communication skills, and develop healthier ways of coping with challenging situations.

Throughout the series, you will have space to explore yourself, gain practical skills for everyday life, and learn alongside other young people who may be navigating similar experiences.

Understand yourself. Express yourself. Support yourself when things get difficult. Find a way to move forward again.
