🌿 Reconnect with Yourself Through Breath, Movement, and Awareness
You are invited to a gentle yoga experience where you can come closer to yourself through breath, movement, and awareness.
Amid a busy pace, mental fatigue, and daily stress, sometimes we simply need to pause, breathe, and hear our body again.
This gathering offers a gentle flow experience that is not performance-oriented, but instead aims to help you reconnect with your body in a safe and non-judgmental space.
ℹ️ Capacity is limited. Participation will take place in person.

✨ Facilitator: Cemre Altun
Cemre Altun has been involved in ballet and modern dance for many years. Her yoga journey began during the quarantine period, at a time when she was away from movement, and gradually turned into not only a physical practice but also a mental and emotional space of discovery.
Having received training in Basic Yoga (Hatha), fascial yoga, breath, and meditation, Cemre Altun currently teaches both at her school’s club and in private sessions. In her classes, she places importance on body awareness, a sense of safe space, breath, and the natural rhythm of flow.
She believes that movement is not only about the body, but also about the relationship one builds with oneself.
✨ Notes
- In this experience, movement will not be about “doing it right,” but about feeling, slowing down, and noticing your own rhythm.
- The event will be held in person at Yücel Arts Center.
- Early application is recommended due to limited capacity.
We look forward to welcoming you to create space for breath, movement, and a softer connection with yourself. 🌿
