Create Space for Yourself: Self-Awareness Workshop Series
How about getting a little closer to yourself?

In the pace of daily life, we often keep moving without stopping; responsibilities, work, and plans can make us postpone listening to ourselves and noticing what we need. Yet sometimes, simply taking a short pause, making space for yourself, and hearing your inner voice can change a lot.

This workshop series with Zeynep Şahin will be a process in which participants take an active role, and where sharing and lived experience are valued. Alongside short talks, there will be small practices, awareness exercises, and spaces for reflection together.

This series has been designed to create a safe and welcoming space where you can better understand yourself, notice your emotions, and take small but meaningful steps that may support your everyday well-being.

Our aim is to help you strengthen the relationship you have with yourself, understand your emotions more clearly, and build more balance in your life.

🌸 April 19 | Self-Compassion

Time: 14:30 – 16:00

In this workshop, we will notice how harsh we can sometimes be toward ourselves. We will reflect on how we respond to ourselves when we make mistakes, feel inadequate, or go through difficult moments.

  • We will get to know the concept of self-compassion
  • We will try to become aware of our inner voice
  • We will explore ways of being kinder and more understanding toward ourselves
  • We will experience small self-compassion practices that can be used in daily life

🌿 April 26 | Boundaries

Time: 12:00 – 14:30

Sometimes, in order not to hurt others, we place ourselves in the background. In this workshop, we will talk about how setting boundaries is an important part of protecting yourself and building healthy relationships.

  • We will understand what personal boundaries are
  • We will reflect on why setting boundaries can be difficult
  • We will discuss how saying “no” can be possible without guilt
  • We will develop awareness that may help create balance in relationships

🌊 May 3 | Anxiety and Stress Management

Time: 12:00 – 14:30

Anxiety and stress are feelings we all experience in daily life. In this workshop, instead of suppressing these feelings, we will talk about understanding them and building a healthier relationship with them.

  • We will try to understand how anxiety and stress emerge
  • We will notice situations in daily life that challenge us
  • We will discuss methods that may help us feel more balanced
  • Through small exercises, we will explore ways of self-regulation
