Support for the preparation and implementation of training, meetings, clubs and development programmes that bring young people together.
Volunteer needs in the programmes, events and projects of the Yücel Cultural Foundation vary according to the area of work and the period. You can take responsibility in a suitable area based on your interests, experience and available time.
The areas listed on this page do not represent permanently open job or task postings. Current needs are determined according to programme schedules, project scope, team capacity and application volume.
The areas below show the main fields in which the Foundation may work with volunteers. The scope of each role is defined separately according to the needs of the relevant programme.
Support for the preparation and implementation of training, meetings, clubs and development programmes that bring young people together.
Participant communication, registration, welcoming, schedule follow-up and organisational support for in-person or online events.
Content or facilitation support in training, workshops, peer learning and group activities for volunteers with suitable knowledge and experience.
Taking part in arts programmes, workshops, performances and activities that support young people’s access to culture and the arts.
Contributing to writing, visuals, video, social media, translation, research and digital communication according to your skills and interests.
Research, preparation, participant support and implementation roles in youth exchanges, volunteering activities and project partnerships.
Periodic roles in book campaigns, library support and social solidarity activities announced when a need arises.
Support for researching new project ideas, needs analysis, content development, stakeholder mapping and application preparation.
Roles are determined by considering the volunteer’s skills together with the needs of the programme.
Volunteer matching considers not only experience, but also willingness to learn, interests, availability, communication style and the current needs of the relevant activity.

Your application is reviewed together with current volunteer needs and areas of work.
If a suitable area is identified, the role, expectations and schedule are discussed together.
Depending on the scope of the activity, information is provided about the Foundation, team, responsibilities and working principles.
You participate in team activities in line with the agreed roles and responsibilities.
Each application is assessed according to the volunteer’s preferences, current programme needs, working conditions and team capacity. If no suitable match is available, an application may not immediately lead to a role.
