Seating Capacity: All 240 of the seats of the multipurpose performance center are moving and can be closed on demand.
Air Conditioning.: Heating and cooling system does not circulate the inner air, but intakes clean air from outside, after being heated or cooled. The capacity is calculated for 400, considering the performers.
Locality........: One wall of the performance center, which is only 70 meters away from Hagia Sophia, is the stone wall of the Basilica Cistern.
Stage Depth::Depth of the stage is 24 meters and it is ideal for shootings.
Fire Safety: There are 3 large and 1 small fire escape doors and response equipments. The doors are also used as spectator, performer and scenery doors.
Acoustics.: The acoustics is expedient to theatre shows and concerts. Reverbation time can be altered with sound curtains.
Car Park....: There is a car park for 110 cars.
Usage.........: Because there will be restoration in the mansion, until 30.08.2023, the performance center can be used for purposes below.
