Youth and Volunteering Program

The Yücel Cultural Foundation Youth and Volunteering Program is a long-term volunteering and learning initiative that supports young people’s personal, social, and professional development while contributing to social impact.

The program enables young people to take active roles in the foundation’s events, projects, and social responsibility activities, helping them gain meaningful experience in the youth field.

How Does It Work?

The Youth and Volunteering Program is structured as a process that starts with application and participation, and continues through training, task distribution, mentorship, and regular meetings.

  • Application and participation: A volunteer team is formed from applicants.
  • Orientation and training: Short trainings are provided on volunteering, social impact, event management, and communication.
  • Event and project support: Participants take part in Yücel Cultural Foundation’s events, workshops, Erasmus+ activities, youth programs, and various organizations.
  • Task distribution: Each volunteer contributes in areas aligned with their interests, such as organization, social media support, logistics, content creation, and participant communication.
  • Regular meetings: Coordination meetings are held throughout the program for planning, task distribution, and feedback processes.
  • Mentorship and support: The foundation team guides and supports volunteers throughout the process.
